RETURNS: We must be contacted within 7 days of receipt of merchandise for returns. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for return. Defective merchandise will be exchanged for replacement. Due to the nature of collectible items, all items are sold AS IS, under the condition stated for the item. Cancellations are subject to 15% restock fee and shipping charges are not refundable.
Custom orders are non-refundable/non-cancellable. Damage claims on custom orders must be addressed directly with carrier.
